Everyone is invited to come Sweat and Sip with us at Izalia Spa on Wednesday evening, Oct. 23. Xtend Barre will be providing an outdoor workout led by Natalie at 5:30p, followed by juice and bites from Grateful Kitchen, and an informal Q&A session from the Izalia girls about laser aesthetics and the services we provide.

There will be a raffle for laser sessions as well as barre workouts. The juice provided at the event from G.C. can’t be beat (but can be beet) so be sure to plan to join us and bring your friends!
